As Studio founder and director, I oversee direction and production of the artistic programme and work closely with fellow CIC Directors to deliver the programme of regular art and craft groups, courses, workshops and seasonal events that take place throughout the year nbith at the studio and off site.

Learning & Participation

Formal & informal settings

I continue to facilitate and coordinate varied artworks, workshops, projects and events, designed to provide ways to engage with a wide range of artistic disciplines. I am committed to supporting and collaborating with, other artists and makers to help find ways to develop and share knowledge and skills and enrich cross disciplinary artistic practice. This encompasses learners in participatory settings, seeking ways in which to explore ideas and make meaningful connections with each other. Work has included projects as part of British Art Show, large scale public art commissions, events, contemporary artworks and gallery education projects.

Multi-disciplinary Printmaking

Multi-disciplinary Printmaking

Ongoing development of Multi-Disciplinary Printmaking and experimental cross disciplinary artworks through ongoing studio practice, printmaking workshops and courses. I undertake planning and delivery of one off pop up printmaking workshops based around site specific environments, using botanicals and text to create relief casts and mono prints. Workshops can be delivered at festivals and outdoor events. Recent workshops include Green Man and Glastonbury Festivals.

Creative Enterprise

Hands Down Baby Prints offers detailed 3D and relief life casting. It is a small creative enterprise, established in Bristol in 2001, which is now based at The Old Stores Studio in Somerset. I am founder and lead artist, working creatively to deliver bespoke, detailed casting from prints. Following PMC Studio training, I also produce high quality, solid silver, keepsake jewellery. Appointments are available here at the studio in Somerset or at venues in Bath, Bristol and surrounding areas.
