Project Manager 

W.A.M.A: Work as Movement Archive

Project managed the production of Work As Movement Archive, by Serena Korda, commissioned by Sovereign Housing and produced by Field Art Projects. Managed and oversaw coordination of the development of a public performance, supporting the artist, musician Daniel O’Sullivan and choreographer Rosie Heafford with local community members and three local primary schools.

Coordination and delivery of key aspects of the Learning and Participation Programme. Involved working closely with partnership organisations and practitioners, curators, artists and gallery staff to develop and deliver interpretation, engagement, participation and outreach through the design, delivery and facilitation of group visits, projects, gallery tours, talks and workshops. Oversaw and managed participatory elements of the Silly Scope project. Supported engagement with and realization of collaborative works by Raumlaborberlin and a group of young people aged 12–18 years. Responsible for recruitment, co-ordination, retainment, facilitation, promotion, evaluation, managing interns and liaising between partnership organisations, artists and participants.

Devised and led a series of experimental art and design workshops based at the school and in the gallery, designed to enrich and enhance the national curriculum and encourage creativity.

Project managed In-Bristol Open Studios. Supported successful fundraising bid, budgets, administration, purchasing, overall event management, assisted marketing, processed applications, assisted curator, installation, and evaluation. Assisted the development of a permanent studio exhibition space.

Planned, co-ordinated and delivered art workshops for regular family friendly gallery event in conjunction with programme of exhibitions. Designed 2D/3D event maps and resources. Recruited and managed volunteers. Responsible for organisation and management of resources and workspaces.

Provided facilitation, support, action research and evaluation for large-scale project, during Titchner’s nomination for Turner Prize, with 14-19 year olds resulting in a number of significant artworks for British Art Show 6.
